For International Women's Day, the College hosted a dinner at Chateau that was organized by the Middlebury Women's Union, where 10 women offered their "cultural experiences in nations spanning from Singapore to Peru." The event was attended by approximately 90 students. They addressed a variety of racist/sexist American/western myths and stereotypes regarding women in Bangladesh, India, and Jamaica.
