Title

Accused Student Alleges Racial Profiling

Subject

Punishment for the Charles Murray protests have been settled and accused student, Addis Fouche-Channer is deemed innocent in the judicial hearings with the only evidence against her being the eyewitness of a pubsafe officer. Further, Addis sought an apology for being racially profiled, and another investigation ensued in which the school reexamined the same information and came to a different conclusion, that Addis was guilty of the allegations she was just proven to be innocent of. Furthermore, private investigators were hired and questioned a student who may have seen Fouche-Channer where she was studying (during the time of the protests), and the student questioned described the line of questioning as leading and biased towards finding Addis guilty. Moreover, to discuss the administration’s response to her allegations of racial profiling a human relations officer told Addis the only way to view the contents of the second investigation conducted was to meet face-to-face during office hours at Middlebury and view the physical copy, though Addis was an alum and lived hours away in New York City.
