Title

Dean Ardister addresses minority life at Midd

Subject

Assistant Dean of Students, Arlinda Ardister, reflects on the fact that there are very few "minority" students or faculty. According to Ardister, the College is unable to attract black faculty because of supply in demand ("the number of minority applicants across the country is low"). Additionally, according to the Ardister, President Robison promised to fund the hiring of three minority faculty members for the 1986 Winter Term.
