College's participation in the Diversity Learning Environments (DLE) survey, conducted by the Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) at UCLA. This effort to review diversity is coming after the 2006 Human Relations Committee (HRC), which evaluated diversity at Middlebury and encouraged it to be something that is done every 5 years.
