The theme of the student dance group, Middance, performance was "Represent". The theme was meant to highlight the race, cultural, academic, and artistic diversity that Middlebury students embody. The performance itself featured dance styles such as classical ballet, hip-hop, salsa, and modern dance. Proceeds from the event were donated to "Teaching Tolerance" an organization that works to educate and combat hatred.
