Subject
Letter to the editor regarding the incident which got little to no editorial coverage: members of Delta Upsilon dressed as KKK members for Halloween and performed a cross burning. Interestingly, while the author condemns the costumes and actions, it reads as though the author is less offended by the KKK costumes and more offended by the religious significance of burning a cross.

Coverage
"But to reenact something as despicable as a Ku Klux Klan ceremony is truly sick. The KKK costumes themselves are one thing... the burning of the cross is another. Despite what the DU boys may have thought (if they did), the cross is still sacred to many people."
