This is a response piece to the college agreeing to the Pennsylvania state policy under which the college is to disclose the legal and disciplinary action of students from Pennsylvania on financial aid (paid for by the Pennsylvania state government) to the state government. This labels the college agreeing to the policy a violation of integrity and privacy and calls for Middlebury to pull out of the agreement.
