Pi Beta Phi says that it is unable to disclose its organization's actual constitution and practices, but issues a statement saying that "Pi Beta has no discriminatory membership clauses" and that organization membership "are based on individual merit and have no restrictions based on race, religion, or national origin." Tri Delta reports that while their organization's ritual has "Christian overtones," it "has not been deemed particularly offensive by non-Christians, for Alpha Iota has Jewish members." Additionally, Tri-Delta reports that they have no discrimination clauses in their constitution or bylaws.
